Getting Started

HouseCallBro is an intelligence layer that sits on top of your HousecallPro account. It pulls your jobs, customers, invoices, and revenue data into a private database and gives you dashboards, reports, and AI-powered insights that HCP doesn't build natively.
Yes. HouseCallBro connects to your existing HousecallPro account via API. You'll need the HCP MAX plan for API access.
After signing up, you'll enter your HCP API key in your account settings. HouseCallBro will immediately begin pulling your data. The initial sync takes a few minutes depending on how much history you have.
Most accounts sync in under 5 minutes. Accounts with several years of history may take up to 15 minutes for the initial pull. After that, syncs run on a schedule — you can also hit "Sync Now" anytime from Settings.

Plans & Pricing

Core ($69/mo) — 90 days of HCP data, all reports + dashboards, AI chat, scheduled sync. Requires HCP MAX for API access.

Pro ($169/mo) — everything in Core, plus full data history, cross-examination & deep analysis, AI-generated saved reports, lead management (segments & campaigns), and your own private Postgres mirror for direct SQL access.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Not currently, but you can cancel anytime — no contracts, no commitments.

Data & Privacy

All data is stored in the USA. Core plan accounts use a private, per-tenant SQLite database on our server. Pro plan accounts get a dedicated Postgres database on Google Cloud — completely isolated from all other tenants.
No. Every account has its own isolated database. On Core, your SQLite database is scoped exclusively to your tenant. On Pro, you have a dedicated Postgres database with your own read-only credentials.
HouseCallBro reads jobs, customers, invoices, estimates, leads, employees, and related metadata from your HCP account. We never write to your HCP account. We only read. Your API key is stored encrypted and only used for data sync.
All plans include an AI chat agent that can answer questions about your HCP data — jobs, revenue, customers, invoices, and more. Pro adds deeper analysis: custom SQL queries, saved AI-generated reports, and lead management tools.
Yes. You can request a full data deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will permanently delete your database and all associated records within 30 days. Cancelling your account also initiates data deletion after a 30-day grace period.

Technical

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting AI models to external data and tools. The HouseCallBro MCP server lets an AI client like Claude query your HCP data directly using your personal API token — securely, scoped only to your account, with no cross-tenant access possible.
HCP MAX is required for API access, which is how HouseCallBro syncs your data. Both Core and Pro require the MAX plan.
