By accessing or using HouseCallBro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
HouseCallBro is a SaaS platform that connects to your HousecallPro account, mirrors your business data into a private database, and provides dashboards, reports, and AI-powered tools built on that data.
HouseCallBro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HousecallPro or its parent company.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind yourself or your business to these terms. By using the Service, you represent that these conditions are met.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. HCP API Access
To use the Service, you must provide your HousecallPro API key. By providing this key, you authorize HouseCallBro to access your HCP account data on your behalf for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent that you have the right to grant this access. You may revoke access at any time by removing your API key or cancelling your account.
HouseCallBro only reads from your HCP account. We do not write, modify, or delete any data in HousecallPro.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is listed on the pricing page. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
Billing
You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Changes to Pricing
We will give at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to scrape, aggregate, or resell data in ways not permitted by these terms
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with other parties
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data synced from your HCP account. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your business data and will not use it for any purpose beyond operating your account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Intellectual Property
The HouseCallBro platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by The Hidden Door LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or brand assets.
9. AI Features
Pro plan accounts include access to the HouseCallBro AI agent (MCP server). Use of AI features is subject to the terms of the AI provider you connect (e.g., Anthropic's usage policies for Claude). You are responsible for your use of AI-generated outputs and for ensuring such use complies with applicable laws and your own professional obligations.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL NOT BE LOST.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hidden Door LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You will receive notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We will retain your data for 30 days post-termination before permanent deletion, during which you may request an export.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
